Amrutanjan Health Care informs about closure of trading window
Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, and the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, Amrutanjan Health Care has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Designated Persons from January 01, 2026 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending December 31, 2025. The Designated Persons have been requested not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
