Starlineps Enterprises informs about disclosure
Pursuant to earlier intimation dated 11th July, 2025, regarding entered into a Contribution Agreement with Growth Sense Venture Fund, a contributory determinate trust, to commit a contribution an aggregate amount of Rs. 3 Crore and as per Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015; Starlineps Enterprises has informed that the Company has received the notice of drawdown in respect of investment commitment from Growth Sense Venture Fund and remitted of Rs. 20,00,000/- to the Growth Sense Venture Fund account; which is 6.67% of total commitment of Rs 3 Crore to the Trust. Further, the contribution shall be made as per the drawdown mechanism specified by the Fund from time to time and in compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
