Shri Krishna Devcon informs about trading window closure
Shri Krishna Devcon has informed that Trading Window for trading/ dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed for all designated persons including promoters, directors, key managerial personnels, designated employees, fiduciaries and their immediate relatives and all connected persons with effect from January 01, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results of the company for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 to the stock exchange. All the above referred persons, their immediate relatives and all connected persons are hereby advised not to deal in the securities of the company either directly or indirectly during the aforesaid period. The date of the board meeting in which results would be considered shall be intimated in due course.
