Ventive Hospitality has informed that the Board of Directors of Ventive Hospitality, at its meeting held on December 23, 2025, approved the issuance of a corporate guarantee in favour of ICICI Bank Limited to secure the credit facilities to be availed by Kudakurathu Island Resorts, a subsidiary of the Company.
