Ingersoll-Rand (India) informs about trading window closure
Ingersoll-Rand (India) has informed that as per the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons (Code of Conduct), the Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company will be closed for all the Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives with effect from January 1, 2026 till 48 (forty eight) hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ending December 31, 2025. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the financial results for the quarter ending December 31, 2025, will be informed in due course.
