NRB Industrial Bearings has informed that pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives will remain closed with effect from 1st January, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results by the Company for the Quarter ended 31st December, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of above Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 31st December, 2025 will be intimated in due course.
