SAB Industries has informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and in terms of Company's Code of Conduct read with clarification issued by BSE Ltd. vide Ref. No.: LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02.04.2019, we hereby inform you that, the closure of trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will commence from 1st January, 2026 for the Company's designated persons and their immediate relatives up to 48 hours from the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2025. The date of meeting of Board of Directors to approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2025 will be informed in due course.
