Further to letter dated February 2, 2026 intimating about the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company to be held on February 9, 2026, Jyothy Labs has informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today, which commenced at 11:15 am and concluded at 12:25 pm have approved the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025 with Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. Accordingly, in terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it has enclosed a copy of the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, accompanied with the Limited Review Report by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
