DiGiSPICE Technologies informs about board meeting
Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, DiGiSPICE Technologies has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 12th February, 2026 to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months period ended 31st December, 2025. Further, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, as informed earlier, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Designated Persons and their Immediate Relative(s) is already closed from 1st January, 2026 and shall remain closed till 14th February, 2026.
