In terms of Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers has informed that the Company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Hindustan Shipyard (HSL) on 09 Feb 2026. This MoU was signed in order to form a Consortium for submitting a bid in accordance with the terms and conditions of the tender issued by the Shipping Corporation of India (SCI). In this regard, the copy of the press release is enclosed as Annexure - I.
