Pursuant to Regulation 32(6) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with Regulation 82(4) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2018, Goldiam International has enclosed Monitoring Agency Report for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, issued by CARE Ratings in respect of utilisation of funds raised through Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP). The proceeds from QIP have been utilized appropriately for the objects mentioned in the Placement Document.
