Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Seshasayee Paper and Boards has enclosed a copy of Postal Ballot Notice seeking approval of the Shareholders of the Company, on the following matter: Re-appointment of N Gopalaratnam (DIN: 00001945) as Whole-time Director, designated as Chairman, liable to retire by rotation, by way of Special Resolution; Appointment of Anurag Mishra, IFS, (DIN: 11389352), Special Secretary, as a Nominee Director, liable to retire by rotation, by way of Ordinary Resolution. In accordance with the General Circulars issued by SEBI & Ministry of Corporate Affairs from time to time, the Postal ballot Notice was dispatched through e-mail on 09.02.2026 to the registered E-mail Ids of the Shareholders who were members of the Company on the cut-off date i.e. 06.02.2026. Shareholders are advised to give their assent/ dissent only through remote e-voting. The Company has engaged the services of NSDL for the purpose of providing e-voting facility to all its Shareholders. The remote e-voting period commences on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 (09:00 AM IST) and ends on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 (05:00 PM IST).
