Ambuja Cements informs about scheme of arrangement
Ambuja Cements has informed that the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench (‘NCLT Ahmedabad’) has today February 9, 2026, pronounced the order sanctioning the Scheme of Arrangement between Sanghi Industries (‘Transferor Company’) and Ambuja Cements (‘Transferee Company’) and their respective shareholders. The copy of the Order, which has been uploaded by NCLT Ahmedabad on its website is enclosed. The Appointed Date of the Scheme is April 1, 2024. It will be effective upon completion of the steps, as laid out in the Scheme. The company will update the exchanges once the Scheme becomes effective. This intimation will also be uploaded on the Company’s website at www.ambujacement.com.
