Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Pradhin has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Friday, 13th February, 2026 to decide amongst other matters, Standalone Unaudited financial results for the period ended on 31st December, 2025. Further, in terms of Company’s Code of Conduct for Insider Trading, the Trading Window has already been closed with effect from 01/01/2026 and shall remain closed up to 2 working days after declaration of financial results for the period ended on 31st December, 2025.
