Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, V2 Retail has informed that Sunil Kumar has tendered his resignation as the Senior Managerial Personnel of the Company vide email dated 6th February, 2026 due to personal reasons. Sunil Kumar was relieved from the services of the Company with effect from the close of business hours of 6th February, 2026. The details as required under Para A (7C) of Part A of Schedule III of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 are enclosed.
