Deccan Gold Mines has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, February 13, 2026 through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. As referred to in its earlier intimation dated December 30, 2025 the trading window for dealing in the Company’s securities, which was closed with effect from January 1, 2026 for the designated persons and their immediate relatives of the Company, shall open with effect from Monday, February 16, 2026.
