Span Divergent informs about voting results
Span Divergent has informed that an Extraordinary General Meeting (the EGM) of the Members of Span Divergent, was duly held on Friday, February 20, 2026 through Video Conferencing / Other Audio-Visual Means. The EGM commenced at 11:00 am (IST) and concluded at 11:23 am (IST) to transact the business set forth in the notice dated 23 January, 2026 (EGM Notice). The Company had provided the facility of remote e-voting to the Members in respect of the resolution(s) proposed at the EGM. Further, the Company had also provided an e-voting facility during the EGM to those Members who had not cast their votes through remote e-voting. All the items of business as set out in the Notice convening the EGM were duly transacted at the Meeting and, based on the valid votes cast and the Scrutinizer’s Report, were approved by the Members of the Company with the requisite majority.
