Syrma SGS Technology informs about updates on joint venture
Syrma SGS Technology has informed that, further to earlier disclosures dated October 23, 2025, and January 29, 2026, the parties have mutually agreed to extend the Long Stop Date for fulfilment of the conditions precedent until April 15, 2026, in connection with the proposed acquisition of a 49% equity stake in Ksolare Energy. The aforesaid documents are also placed on the website of the Company at https://www.syrmasgs.com/investorrelations/disclosure/.
