Samor Reality informs about updates
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Samor Reality has informed that Samor Reality has executed an Amendment to the Deed of Partnership dated 18th February, 2026 (signed copy received on 21st February, 2026) in respect of the real estate project known as ‘The Leela by Samor’ (the Project) for sale/transfer of part of its share/interest in the partnership to Swastik Landmark Projects LLP. The Project is being undertaken through a partnership firm formed for the purpose of carrying out real estate development activities. Consequent to the said amendment and induction of Swastik Landmark Projects LLP as a partner, the capital contribution and profit/loss sharing ratios have been revised as details enclosed.
