Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder, Desco Infratech has submitted the voting results of the Postal Ballot conducted by the Company through remote e-voting. The Company had provided e-voting facility to Members through National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL). The e-voting period commenced from Wednesday, January 21, 2026 (9:00 am IST) and ended on Thursday, February 19, 2026 (5:00 pm IST). The resolution as set out in the Postal Ballot Notice dated 17th January 2026 has been duly passed by the shareholders with the requisite majority.
