HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 as amended and Industry Standards note on Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations, the information required to be disclosed to the stock exchanges are enclosed. The Company, based on its preliminary assessment, believes that it has a good case on merits and is confident of a favourable outcome at the appellate stage.
