Kanoria Chemicals & Industries has informed that the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the Shares of the Company by the ‘Designated Persons' shall remain closed from 1st April 2026 till the declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026 and two days thereafter. During the aforesaid period when the Trading Window will remain closed, no trading in the Shares of the Company shall be made by the Designated Persons within the meaning of the Code. The date of the Board Meeting to approve the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026 will be intimated in due course.
