NINtec Systems has informed that e-voting facility to shareholders was provided through National Securities Depository (NSDL). The e-voting period commenced on Wednesday, 18th February, 2026 from 9:00 AM (IST) and ended on Thursday, 19th March, 2026 at 5:00 PM (IST). In this regard, Tushar Vora, Proprietor of Tushar Vora & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, Ahmedabad (Membership No. F3459, CP No. 1745), who was appointed as the Scrutinizer for the aforesaid Postal Ballot process has submitted his Report on 20th March, 2026. The result of the postal ballot under Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is enclosed.
