In terms of Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons of the Company, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, as amended from time to time, read with BSE vide circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019- 20 dated 2nd April, 2019, Indo Us Bio Tech has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after announcement / declaration of Audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting to approve the audited financial results for the quarter ended and year ended on 31st March, 2026 will be informed separately in due courses.
