Hariyana Ventures has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by its Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Persons and Designated Persons & their immediate relatives shall closed from Wednesday, April 1, 2026 and will be opened 48 hours after declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. Accordingly, the PANs of all Designated Persons shall be freeze by the Designated Depository (NSDL) for trading in the securities of the Company during the above-mentioned period of Trading Window closure. The date of Board Meeting for consideration and declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026 be intimated. Pursuant to the Company’s Code of conduct, designated persons and their immediate relatives are hereby advised not to trade (buy/sell/pledge) in the Company’s Securities during the above-mentioned Trading Window Closure period.
