Deepak Chemtex has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the Company's Shares will remain closed from Wednesday, April 01, 2026, for all Designated Persons of the Company. The closure is in connection with the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the six months and financial year ending on March 31, 2026. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the said financial results are declared to the Stock Exchange.
