Bajaj Steel Industries has informed that the trading window for dealing in the Company`s securities by the insiders, designated/connected persons and their immediate relatives, shall remain closed with effect from April 01, 2026 for the purpose of approval of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Year ended March 31, 2026. The window shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of aforesaid results to stock exchange.
