Rita Finance and Leasing informs about trading window closure
Rita Finance and Leasing has informed that the ‘trading window’ for dealing in the equity shares of the company shall be closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives as covered under the code with effect from 1st April, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the Year ended 31st March, 2026 to the Stock Exchange. The date of board meeting for consideration and approval of financial results for the Year ended 31st March, 2026 will be intimated separately in due course of time.
