Lords Chloro Alkali informs about closure of trading window
Pursuant to the provision of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and the Company's Code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of the Company, Lords Chloro Alkali has informed that the trading window for the purpose of trading in the securities of the Company by its Designated persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from 1st April, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Financial year ended 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration & approval of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026 shall be intimated in due course.
