Shivansh Finserve has infomred that the trading window for the purpose of trading in the Shares of the Company by Designated Persons of the Company framed in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, will remain close from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the conclusion of the Meeting of the Board of Directors to be held for the purpose of considering the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the aforesaid purpose shall be intimated to Stock exchange separately.
