Arur Footwear has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company by all Designated Person(s) (including their immediate relatives) will remain closed from April 01, 2026 to till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. All Designated Persons of the Company are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. The date of the Board Meeting for the declaration of the Audited Financial Results will be intimated separately.
