Hindustan Adhesives has informed that the Trading Window for trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for 'Designated Persons' till 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after the declaration of the financial results of the Company quarter ending 31 st March, 2026. Accordingly, all Designated Persons of the Company have been intimated not to trade in the shares of the Company during the above-mentioned period.
