Hamps Bio has informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, and the Company's code of conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of trading by insiders and Code of practices and procedures for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons, Directors and their immediate relatives from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for half year and year ended on 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting at which the said results will be considered shall be intimated in due course of time. Accordingly, all Designated Persons, directors and their immediate relatives of the Company are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the abovementioned period of closure of window.
