Pursuant to the company - Code for Prohibition of Insider Trading read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, Skyline Ventures India has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from April 01, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2026 for all the Directors, Promoters, Designated Employees/ Persons and Specified Connected Persons of the Company. The date of Board Meeting of the Company for consideration and approval of the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2026 will be intimated later.
