KEC International informs about closure of trading window
KEC International has informed that pursuant to the ‘Code of Fair Disclosure, Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons, and Legitimate Purpose Policy’ of the Company and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company by Designated Persons & their immediate relatives shall remain closed from April 01, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited financial results by the Company for the quarter and year ending on March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for consideration and declaration of Audited financial results for the quarter and year ending on March 31, 2026, will be intimated in due course.
