Logiciel Solutions has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026 and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the half year and the Financial Year ended on 31s! March, 2026. During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Persons and the Employees and their immediate relatives or any other insider shall not trade in Company’s shares / securities.
