Dynamic Cables informs about closure of trading window
Pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, Dynamic Cables has informed that the Trading Window for trading in shares of the Company will be closed for Designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from April 01, 2026 and the same will remain closed till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for the aforesaid purpose will be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course.
