Morgan Ventures informs about closure of trading window
Morgan Ventures has informed that in pursuance to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Code of Conduct-Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration and submission of Financial Results for the financial ended March 31, 2026 to Stock Exchanges. Accordingly, all the promoters / directors / designated persons / connected persons of the Company and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in securities of the Company during the aforesaid trading window closure period. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors for consideration of the said financial results shall be intimated in due course.
