Keystone Realtors’ pre-sales surge 58% in Q4FY26
Its collection has increased by 14% to Rs 853 crore in Q4FY26
Keystone Realtors has reported 58% surge in its pre-sales to Rs 1346 crore in Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 854 crore in Q4FY25. In Q3FY26, pre-sales stood at Rs 837 crore. Its collection has increased by 14% to Rs 853 crore in Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 747 crore in Q4FY25.
In FY26, the company’s pre-sales stood at Rs 4022 crore as compared to Rs 3028 crore in FY25, i.e. up by 33%. Its collection has increased by 13% to Rs 2621 crore in FY26 as compared to Rs 2327 crore in FY25.
