In furtherance of its intimation dated 17 January 2026 wherein the company informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has approved incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company in Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), UAE. In this connection, pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time Desco Infratech has further informed that DESCO GLOBAL FZ LLC has been incorporated as wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) of the Company, on March 25, 2026 having registered office in Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), UAE. The Certificate of Incorporation has been issued by the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority, Government of Ras Al Khaimah on March 25, 2026. The disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with applicable SEBI Circulars is enclosed as Annexure-A.
