City Pulse Multiplex gets nod to acquire Matrubharti Technologies
The transaction is expected to be executed on or before September 30, 2025
City Pulse Multiplex has received approval for the proposal for acquisition of Matrubharti Technologies, a private limited company, engaged in the business of providing platform in nature of mobile application for Online literature in various languages for consideration other than cash.
The company will be able to develop and extend its new line of business through this acquisition by providing online access to literature in regional languages through mobile application and Web platform. The transaction is expected to be executed on or before September 30, 2025. The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on June 27, 2025 has considered and approved the same.
City Pulse Multiplex is in the business of multiplexes and digital media content.
