Karma Energy informs about closure of trading window
Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders (‘Code’), Karma Energy has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from July 01, 2025 until 48 hours after the date of Board Meeting wherein, the approval of Un-Audited Financial Statements for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, would be considered by the Board.
