Master Chemicals has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons of the Company, from July, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30.06.2025. The date of Board Meeting for the declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30.06.2025 will be intimated in due course.
