Parsvnath Developers informs about outcome of EGM
Parsvnath Developers has informed that he Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Members of the Company was duly convened on Friday, June 27, 2025 at 12:30 PM and was conducted through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means. Mandan Mishra, Company Secretary, welcomed the Members, Directors, CFO and Auditors of the Company and introduced the Panelists. As per the member’s log-in data available, the requisite quorum being present, Pradeep Kumar Jain, Chairman of the Company, chaired the meeting. The Chairman welcomed the members to the meeting, called the meeting to order. Mandan Mishra, Company Secretary briefed all the Members present on details relating to their participation at the Meeting through audio-visual means and informed that the Company had taken the requisite steps to enable Members to participate and vote on the items considered at the EGM.
