Anirit Ventures has informed that pursuant to the Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders (‘Code’), the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/ Officers/ Designated Persons/ Connected Persons of the Company from 1st July, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for consideration and declaration of the said Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2025 and other matters, if any, will be intimated in due course.
