Kapil Cotex informs about trading window closure
Kapil Cotex has informed that the Trading Window shall remain closed for trading in Securities of the Company with effective from 1st July, 2025 till the completion of 48 hours after declaration of the unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2025. Accordingly, all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving dealing/trading in shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. Further, Board Meeting date, to consider, approve unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2025 shall be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course of time.
