Steel Exchange India has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary in the name of ‘SEIL Infra Logistics’. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has issued a certificate of incorporation for the same.
The objective of incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary of the company is to diversify and expand current business operations, enhancing the company's agility and broadening its operational scope.
