TIL informs about trading window closure
TIL has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of TIL Limited (‘the Company’) shall remain closed from 1st July, 2025, till 48 hours after the date of declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended on 30' June, 2025. Accordingly, all the Designated Persons including their relatives have been informed to continue to abstain from trading in the shares of the Company. The date of announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ended on 30th June, 2025 shall be informed in due course.
