Record Date: The Company has fixed Wednesday, September 16, 2025, as the Record Date for the purpose of determining eligibility of Members for e-voting; 3. Book Closure: The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Thursday, September 17, 2025 to Tuesday, September 23, 2025 (both days inclusive); 4. Annual Report Circulation: The Annual Report for FY 2024-25, along with the AGM Notice, has been sent electronically to those Members whose e-mail IDs are registered with the Registrar & Share Transfer Agent; 5.
