With reference to the 08th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on Monday, 29th September, 2025 at 02:00 pm through Video Conferencing (‘VC’) or Other Audio-Visual Means (‘OAVM’) AIK Pipes And Polymers has informed that it enclosed Summary of Proceedings of the 08th AGM of the Company, as required under the Regulation 30, Part A of Schedule - III of the Listing Regulations as Annexure - I. The Company will submit the combined results of e-voting in compliance with Regulation 44 of the Listing Regulations, along with the Scrutinizer's report to the Stock Exchanges in due course.
